Setting Up Your Mailbox in Microsoft Outlook for Mac

Note: This walkthrough is for mailboxes only. You cannot add email forwarder accounts to mail clients. Please double-check which kind of email address you set up before proceeding. 

To add your new mailbox to Apple Mail, follow the steps below. You will need for reference certain information specific to your mailbox, which you can find by logging into your Workfolio Websites account and navigating to your custom mailbox settings.

  1. Launch Outlook, then click on Toolfrom the top menu, then Accounts...
  2. Click the + sign and Add an account, then click Other Email
  3. Refer to your custom mailbox settings in your Workfolio Websites Account Mail settings page to fill out the form on the next screen:
    1. Email address: your custom address
    2. Password: the password you set for your custom mailbox
    3. User name: same as email
    4. Type: IMAP
    5. Incoming server: use your Incoming Mail Server/IMAP setting
    6. Leave the default port, and check Use SSL
    7. Outgoing server: use your Outgoing Mail Server/SMTP setting
    8. Leave the default port, and check Use SSL
    9. Click Add Account
  4. You are all set!
